For many in our community--you may be one of them, 2020 couldn't be over fast enough. Our basic human need for certainty, safety has been shaken to its core.
2020 tested our beliefs, character, and behaviors, and we've felt a rollercoaster of emotions across the last 12 months.
And as we were going through the storm that was 2020, many resolved to assess what truly matters, stand up for what we believe, pivot, create and contribute, seek out help, connect, and care with more intention than we've ever had before.
Today, you may be feeling emotional or physical fatigue and a bit discouraged about what challenges 2021 will bring. Or you may be hopeful that the worst is behind us.
Whichever camp you find yourself in, let's ease into the year, choosing to recharge, feel empowered, and energized to lead and support ourselves and the people in our lives on a whole new level.
With determination, let's commit to continue up-leveling our skills, strengthening our mindset and bodies, and increasing our self-love, self-care, and self-acceptance, including forgiveness of ourselves and others.
